    Who We Are

    Recruitment is a part of the Human Resources Department reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. The team is comprised of professionals with over 20 years of experience responsible for attracting, sourcing and facilitating the best talent available for vacant staff positions at BWH.

    Our Mission

    To serve as BWH's front door in our talent acquisition process of hiring the right person at the right time at the right cost to support the organization in meeting its business goals. Our mission is accomplished by:

    • Providing oversight of the Requisition Process
    • Attracting talent to the organization
    • Facilitating the interview process
    • Assisting managers in the development of Recruitment Strategies
