Research

The Brigham and Women's Hospital is an international leader in basic, clinical and translational research on human diseases. Success abounds, as measured by the number of important discoveries we’ve made, the size and scope of our research portfolio and the volume of publications we have. We attribute this success to the entrepreneurial nature of our individual investigators, as well as to the formal structures of individual departments.
