Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging

As a level 1-trauma center, we handle the most challenging clinical cases with the most cutting-edge imaging techniques. At our Boston campus alone, we perform over 550,000 procedures per year and 350,000 procedures at our affiliated sites throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. In our exciting, fast-paced environment, no two days are the same – and our staff enjoys the fulfillment that comes from being part of a world-class team.

Brigham and Women’s Radiology consistently ranks among the top 10 recipients of funding from the National Institutes of Health – which is in addition to the many grants we receive from organizations such as the Radiological Society of North America. This means that at any one time, there are dozens of large-scale projects being conducted by our department.

Many of our technologists relish the opportunity to mentor the next generation of colleagues. Since BWH is a teaching hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School, our technologists are invited to teach at Harvard’s residency and fellowship training programs.
